Tech & Marriage

I subscribe to WAY too many tech news sites. I'm barely paying attention and I already feel like the iPhone has been around for years (for all of those who do NOT subscribe to WAY too many tech news sites (or work for Apple), the iPhone was just announced today by His Royal Appleness).

The best thing about the iPhone (since I'll never be able to own one) is the fact that Apple has buddied up with Cingular; my least favorite mobile phone service carrier . . . you know, so now I can be happy about not getting one and all. Kind of like a negative silver lining, or something. :P

I'd actually love to go to CES sometime (been saying that for ... 5 years now), but luckily Dwight is there now and is doing his best to keep us in the CES know. Thanks Dwight!

Anyway, on to something more fun ... boys. Stupid Homestar Runner behind-the-scenes DVDs . . . curse you Santa! I suppose I should just go ahead and officially offer a marriage proposal to Mike Chapman (again). He is mercilessly adorable and I must have him. Why does Marzipan get all the hot dudes? She's not a broom?
Yes, technically he is married, but Marzipan seems like a pretty open-minded chick, so I'll keep my offer open**.

[**NOTE: Not sure what that means exactly. I think it is actually more of a hyperbolic attempt to get my point across. You know . . . the usual . . . ]

Care to join me as I sit in the Store and say "Not available until June" 500 times a day for the next 6 months?

*sigh*

Yeah. Sounds major.
But that is the price you have to pay for such cool connections.

:P
